[Haskell] Announce: Chart-0.9

Chart-0.9 is now available via hackage and a darcs repository.

This is a library for drawing 2D charts. It relies upon the haskell
cairo binding that is part of gtk2hs, and hence supports several
backend output formats (png, pdf, ps, etc).
