Doesn't seem to be...

You might want to look for thread "Haskell to call Microsoft COM
(Dispatch)" in haskell-cafe archive. Marc Weber was able to create a
script that compiled HDirect and it worked for me. Then I moved onto
other things and don't know how to compile it now :(
