[Haskell] why don't we have const Ptrs?

I think we should get together and collect some money for David to  
buy a bed. Maybe a Paypal button at the darcs site? Maybe use the  
time we save by not using CVS anymore to get a second job and send  
our income to David? Just some suggestions.
