Haskell XML Toolbox 4.02

I would like to announce a new version of the Haskell XML Toolbox for
processing XML including a validating parser and a new XPath module.

new features:

 * hierachical module structure
 * ghc package support
   the library is compiled into a package "hxt"
   for easy use with ghc and ghci
 * new configurable filters to ease parsing and writing
