Announcing the release of lambdabot 1.0

lambdabot is an IRC 'bot and plugin framework written in Haskell 
by Andrew Bromage, and a collection of plugins by Shae Erisson, Taylor
Campbell, and Derek Elkins.

Requirements:

   - fortune files for the fortune plugin
