Announce: Gtk2hs version 0.9.2

Gtk2hs - A Haskell binding for Gtk+ version 2

Note: This is not gtk+hs.

New features in this release:

- Tree/List widgets support new features like selections and editing

- drawing primitives allow the creation of costom widgets

- documentation in DocBook XML automatically created from source 
(preliminary)

- builds with GHC 5.04

- number of smaller additions and fixes
