p166: Does anything support these?:
          DoAndIfThenElse, HierarchicalModules, FixityResolution,
          LineCommentSyntax, LanguagePragma
      Should "RelaxedDependencyAnalysis" be "RelaxedPolyRec"?
      "EmptyDataDeclarations" should be "EmptyDataDecls".
