I actually find this part a little unfair; stack parses its parameters the
same way cabal does.

> stack exec -- ghc --version
> cabal exec -- ghc --version
Both need the -- to prevent --version from being eaten by stack/cabal
respectively. (GNU "permute" argument parsing. urgh.)
