[Haskell-cafe] Trouble installing example code for Parallel and Concurrent Programming in Haskell

I just picked up a copy of “Parallel and Concurrent Programming in Haskell”.
And I’m trying to follow the instructions on p.4 for getting the examples installed, but having trouble:
