[Haskell-cafe] Citation information for 'base' hackage docs

Hi Haskell-Cafe,
I'd like to cite the documentation for a particular module and version of
the "base" package in an academic publication. In this case, it makes sense
to cite the documentation instead of the papers listed at the top because
the behavior described in the documentation isn't described by the papers
(the module's implementation has diverged from them).
To what author should I attribute the documentation? The page lists "
libraries at haskell.org" as the maintainer. What title should I give for the
work? The html title is "Control.Exception".
Thank you,
Patrick
