[Haskell-cafe] FOSDEM 2023 Haskell devroom proposal - co-organiser needed!

Hi all,

Sorry to be late to this conversation, and I'm glad to see that this got
submitted!

I'd like to help out from the HF side if possible. What would be most
useful to you?
