[Haskell-cafe] 403 trying to upload hackage package candidate

Hi,

After running 'cabal sdist', I tried to upload a package candidate for
direct-sqlite and got an inexplicable error. Any idea how I should proceed?
You can see that I am one of the maintainers here:

$ cabal upload -u jchia -P 'cat /tmp/pw'
