[Haskell-cafe] [BUG] Criterion is tied to x86 architecture

This issue: https://github.com/haskell/criterion/issues/238, makes it seem like 
this should be fixed with criterion-measurement-0.1.3.0. If that doesn't work 
then I suggest placing a comment or opening a new issue there.
