[Haskell-cafe] Package Takeover: `toml`

If you’re the maintainer of
https://hackage.haskell.org/package/toml could you give emily  maintainer /
upload perms ?  It really needs a new lead :) 2014 is a long time ago

(I co wrote the email to spiros way back when. Any progress on this would
be great)
