[Haskell-cafe] Trying to find a Haskell unikernel project which is not HaLVM.

Hi,

About half an year ago, while I was digging a sanity check issue in
8.6.1, I accidently got a Trac mentioning a Haskell unikernel project.
The name is H prefixed (apparently), and a bit of long.

Now I am trying to dig more on that project, but could not find it
anywhere. Does anyone have a clue? Thanks.
