[Haskell-cafe] Package takeover intent - dyre

The dyre[1] package is unmaintained for 5 years.  I would like to
contribute to it or take over maintainership, but have been unable
to contact the maintainer (Cc'd).  Pursuant to wiki[2] I am
announcing my intention to take over the package.
