[Haskell-cafe] I am interested in doing Offline mode for Stack as GSoC 2018 project

Hi,
I am Akhil Seshan, B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering Student.
I would like to do Offline mode for Stack as the GSoC 2018 project. I have
basic knowledge in Haskell/Functional programming but have an intermediate
knowledge in Object oriented programming. I used Stack which is used for
running Haskell programs. Kindly do let me know the details for moving
forward with this as my project,
