[Haskell-cafe] Package takeover: dbus

I'd like to take over maintenance of the package dbus. It depends on
several other packaged with upper bounds too restrictive for the latest
versions.

I tried to contact owner a few times weeks ago, but to no avail. My hackage
username is blaze.
