[Haskell-cafe] Domain specific error diagnosis in Haskell, a proposal

Dear Haskellers,
Some days ago Jurriaan Hage posted a video of our work on adding custom
type error diagnosis to GHC. Here is a GHC proposal for incorporating this
support in the mainline compiler:
