[Haskell-cafe] BayHac 2017 announcement

I am pleased to announce that BayHac 2017 will be held at the Takt office
in San Francisco on the weekend of Friday, April 7th thru Sunday, April 9th.

BayHac is a Haskell hackathon weekend event for the San Francisco Bay Area
and Silicon Valley. It will be a weekend of learning, hacking, and
connecting with fellow Haskell enthusiasts.
