There is a different email address (CC'ed) on github for a person
with the same name as the author of that package. Github shows
that person to be an active member of the Haskell community.
So if that's the author, it's probably a case of an abandoned
email address, not an abandoned package. Let's wait a bit
to see if there is a response.
