[Haskell-cafe] Hackage (partially) down?

I just tried it and it's down for me as well. Over the last few months,
I've noticed that Hackage goes down like that periodically - not sure why.
Usually it only lasts for a few hours, but it's a problem when you're in
the middle of something important.
