[Haskell-cafe] GHC Extension Proposal: ArgumentBlock

I wouldn't like to read code written with this extension. It feels to
me like an ad-hoc case,
hindering the general uniformity of the language. It has been a nice
opportunity to read up
the haskell report, though :)
