[Haskell-cafe] Version constraints and cabal.config files

Is the idea that you'd be able to make a query such as:
GET
https://www.stackage.org/lts/1.14/build-plan?package=foo&package=bar&package=baz
And get a result such as:
[ {"name":"foo", "version":"1.2.3"}
, ...
]
?
