[Haskell-cafe] Timeout on pure code

Well I do now :) I'll also check out new but interesting haskell-logger [0]

I just think that it would be a good idea to investigate hslogger because
it seems that a lot of people are using it already, so providing an update
that would upgrade their performance with no additional work would make
them happy.
