[Haskell-cafe] cabal install glade

Sorry for late reply. This issue has been fixed as per 
https://github.com/gtk2hs/gtk2hs/issues/100 which appears in a later 
version of cairo. It seems than glade requires gtk < 0.13 ==> cairo < 
0.13 and doesn't include the fix.
