[Haskell-cafe] Best way to Introduce FP into a dev team with many C, C++ and Java developers?

One idea, which is half fun and full earnest, is
 - get Mono
 - teach them C# as a "better Java than Java"
 - introduce them to LINQ.

Or equivalently, start them on Python.
