[Haskell-cafe] Unicode Haskell source -- Yippie!

Since I saw there wasn't one yet, I have taken the liberty of writing
a PKGBUILD for Hasklig and uploading it to the Arch AUR. Anyone
running Arch can now get Hasklig from the AUR package otf-hasklig.
