[Haskell-cafe] Extensible Binary-Meta-Language libraries

Greetings,

Does anyone know if there are any libraries to work with Extensible
Binary Meta-Language (used by Matroska)?

I find mentions of such a thing in IRC logs from years ago by a person
going by ‘ksf’ but he/she has disappeared from IRC about 5 weeks ago and
I can not find their e-mail address.

Is anyone interested in such a library? I am planning to implement it
anyway but it'd be nice to know if there's any interest.
