[Haskell-cafe] "Segmentation fault/access violation" when working with FFI

Hi Leza,

Unfortunately, this project is really really old and rather broken. I've
tried to address it in the last few years a few times, but I've been unable
to block out enough time to give portaudio's bindings the love and care
they need.

I'm truly sorry for the condition of the code. I don't believe the package
can be relied upon right now.
