[Haskell-cafe] Linker troubles with cabal sandbox

I believe I figured it out. I'm not passing enough parameters to ghc for
the linker to fully resolve the dependencies.

I was able to sort it out by generating a cabal file with "cabal init" and
compiling with "cabal build" instead.
