Why not?  Did you get a reply to your first question, or is it because of a
lack of response (although it hasn't been that long considering we're
talking about changing maintainership of an abandoned package).

I think haskell-pkg-janitors is a good idea, but it does seem to be very
loosely organized.  Regardless, it seems to be very github-centric, so
perhaps raising an issue would be the best way to contact them about things
like adding new packages.

If you could identify the reason haskell-pkg-janitors didn't work out,
perhaps those problems could be addressed?
