[Haskell-cafe] The Monad Reader links are broken

I don't have access to the wordpress site, but here's a quick way to fix the
links:

 - Replace links of the form: <http://www.haskell.org*/sitewiki/images*
/8/85/TMR-Issue13.pdf>

 - With: <http://www.haskell.org*/wikiupload*/8/85/TMR-Issue13.pdf>
