[Haskell-cafe] haskell-2010 binary IO

Haskell supports binary IO via openBinaryFile, hGetBuf, and hPutBuf .
Advanced types like ByteString or Binary are not part of Haskell 2010,
I assume because they're too complex to be part of the language
standard.
