I've been working on eclipse-fp to bring it up to working order again, 
so if you like Eclipse, you can download the source from
git://github.com/JPMoresmau/eclipsefp.git 
(hopefully there will be a binary release soon). 
This is based on my customized Scion library
(git://github.com/JPMoresmau/scion.git). 
I'm using Windows myself.
