[Haskell-cafe] A new haskell tools project

    I have just created an haskell work toolset project in google code.

    Currently there are only a few tools to process YUV image files I wrote before.

    Welcome you attend in to improve my code or to add in your tools.
    And also pleasure to get your advices.
