(1) Install Services for Unix.
(2) Start it.
You are now running bash staring at something rather like Unix.
(3) Build programs using c89, which comes with it, but needs MSVC,
     or gcc, which you can download from
	http://www.suacommunity.com/tool_warehouse.htm
