[Haskell-cafe] HXT/Practical/Weather.hs difficulties

Oh my, how silly of me. The page has moved to
http://www.weather.gov/xml/current_obs/KAGC.xml ! Firefox simply
follows the redirect.

Thanks for the putStrLn suggestion, George.
