Hi,

      When I run my test case, I get

    (GHC version 6.8.2 for i386_unknown_linux)

I went to this URL. I already have an account. I want to see if there is a
report on this problem but I get the following message ...


TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation

I read some of the Trac documentation but didn't see what privilege I am
missing. ??
