Yes.  GHC, NHC and HBC all have integrated heap profilers.

ghc --make -prof -auto-all ...
./MyProgram +RTS -hc -RTS
./MyProgram +RTS -hm -RTS
./MyProgram +RTS -hd -RTS
./MyProgram +RTS -hy -RTS
...
