Please try the darcs version
  darcs get http://darcs.haskell.org/wxhaskell

It's probably simplest to get it working with wxWidgets 2.6.4
  http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/wxwindows/wxMSW-2.6.4-Setup.exe
