I have a really simple wrapper to GNUPlot:

http://darcs.haskell.org/htam/src/GNUPlot.hs

get it with

darcs get http://darcs.haskell.org/htam/

install it with Cabal or use it immediately:

$ make ghci

> :module GNUPlot
GNUPlot> plotFunc [] (linearScale 1000 (-10,10)) sin
