That's easy:

type Unit rep       = Dimensioned Zero Zero Zero rep;

instance (Real a) => Real (Unit a) where
     -- put instances here

Of course you'll have to appropriately declare superclasses of Real, such 
as Num, Ord, Show, Eq etc.
