[Hackathon] Status: Hac5 in Utrecht

Hi there,

status update: we've solved most of the room problems we've had
and have basically narrowed the choices down to two possible dates:

  April 17-19 (the weekend after easter)
  May   15-17

We ourselves slightly prefer the April weekend, so we're trying to get
everything settled for that.

Now is the last time to voice objections :)
