[GUI] Problems Compiling GTk2HS on Win32

It looks like all the include paths are missing. I have never tried to 
build with Cygwin, only with mingw. I look into it. Do you have ghc 6.0.? 
lying around? (I'd rather fix the HEAD and make a new release.)
