So out of GhcDynamic, DYNAMIC_GHC_PROGRAMS, and DYNAMIC_BY_DEFAULT, which is broken, and what's the difference between GhcDynamic and DYNAMIC_GHC_PROGRAMS? This is getting somewhat confusing.
