bundled libraries in ghc

libdir/bin/ghc is linked to haskeline and terminfo.
ghc-pkg is also linked to terminfo.
haddock links to xhtml.

Not really - that is what was done before ghc-7.7 as I was trying to allude
to in my mail.
For Fedora it is still an bundled library whether it is statically or
dynamically linked.
