Trying to compile ghc HEAD on xubuntu 13.04-x64

As a workaround, add this to your mk/build.mk

HADDOCK_DOCS       = NO
BUILD_DOCBOOK_HTML = NO
BUILD_DOCBOOK_PS   = NO
BUILD_DOCBOOK_PDF  = NO

This is a bug.
