The first candidate or the second?
(for the date is  Jan 27). 
Is  ghc-7.4.0.20111219  the first candidate?

Also people already reported a couple of bugs for  7.4.1-rc2/.
So, is there going to be the  third  candidate?
If not, then I'll, probably, have to test this second candidate
(if it is second).
