renamed GMP symbols in GHC

no, not at all. But I was under the impression that code copies will be
fine for systems besides Linux and BSDs, and we are looking for a
different solution especially for those. Anyways, I’m just brainstorming
a bit, although it seems I’m only turning up ideas that have been
dismissed already...
